What's The Haps, Chaps

Wow, is it May already?  Here's a round-up of what's been happening lately...

Last month I had the amazing opportunity to write a children's book about disability awareness.
It was SO much fun and I really can't wait to share it with you guys! So stay tuned for more news on that one.

The boys and I are a few weeks into our second try at homeschooling (which is why I haven't gotten around to doing that post about homeschooling yet).  So far it's been simultaneously loads of fun and crap-your-pants scary, kind of like this:

Come on in, kiddies... MWAH-HA-HAAA!

Seriously, what the hell?

Coming up this week... using a monotone voice (why some autistic kids do and how to help them avoid the misunderstandings that come with it), dealing with post-diagnosis guilt and some quick tips for taking better photos to use in therapy or as communication aides.

If there's anything you'd like to learn more about or you have any questions or just want to say hello or send me pictures of jellyfish (because, you know, they're awesome) then drop me a line, chat with me on Twitter or stop by the Snagglebox Facebook page.

Now, back to the funhouse...
